While his passive buffs and effects are helpful, Byleth’s most powerful abilities are his active Engage abilities. This ability is a throwback to the countless hours you spent running around the Academy finding items in Fire Emblem Three Houses. Lost & Found creates a chance for you to find an ally item after finishing an action or waiting, and the increases support with that ally. Mentorship gives an experience buff to your paired unit and any adjacent allies. His most useful support effects include Mentorship and Lost & Found. He gets some massive buffs to Luck that scale with his bond level, and his Divine Pulse ability, which gives you a chance to turn a missed attack into a hit, also scales with his luck. He is both a powerful warrior and one of the most useful support characters. Because of this, in Fire Emblem Engage he comes equipped with weapons and abilities to fit any kind of situation. In Three House, Byleth was able to learn every weapon type and change character classes at will. ![]()
